Returns & Store Credit
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are processed as store credit, so you can choose something else that works better.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible; sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Email us at hello@dearizziethelabel.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Follow the instructions provided to send your item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit.
Please Note
- Return shipping is borne by the customer.
- Original shipping costs are not deducted from your store credit.
- Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime on our website.
- We do not offer exchanges at the moment.
